“Teachers affect eternity; no one can tell where their influence stops.”
You are the epitome of grace, a palette of emotions, a sea of strength, and a picture of elegance. Your strength always shines through as you leave a touch of sparkle everywhere you go. You are a teacher.
Teachers play a vital role in every society; they are considered the backbone of every society. A teacher is the one who can nurture and mould, every student they come across.
She leaves a deep impact on their little souls, hearts and big minds. Sometimes, why do we forget that every child is unique, every child has some the other special sparks burning inside, why does a teacher have a special or favorite one?
Every child comes with a throbbing spirit. We teachers don’t have to make or follow any checklist, if they don’t follow that checklist it means, are they any less in anything? They are already an outcast in our eyes.
This immediate placement of a way obscures the ability of the child to develop their way. Why is it that some of us see them as less, fabulous enough or accolade enough? No one has the right to do that, accept every child unequivocally for who they are.
Every student, every child is okay in their ordinariness, they feel themselves of who they are. The impact of a good teacher can never be erased.
It is not our job to fix our students as if they are some toys or puppets that are broken and need fixing. What if I told you that our students are not broken?
They need full attention and care of not only their parents but from the US too. Before expecting them to be perfect first understand them well to guide them, nurture them, and teach them.
They are whole in themselves what we need to do is just hold their tiny hands and show them the correct path.
If we teachers love our students then accept who they are, with no YOU in the picture.
